3. Account Registration and Responsibilities

3.1 Account Creation

To use our services, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3.3 Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. If you are under 18, you may only use our services with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

4.1 Permitted Uses

Violation Consequences

Violation of our Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

5. Payment Terms and Billing

5.1 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods including credit cards, bank transfers, and local payment options. All payments must be made in advance.

5.2 Billing Cycles

Services are billed according to the plan you select (monthly, quarterly, or annually). Billing occurs in advance of the service period.

5.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle but will apply to subsequent renewals.

5.4 Late Payments

If payment is not received by the due date, services may be suspended. A late fee may be applied to overdue accounts.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

6.1 Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new hosting accounts. This applies only to hosting fees and does not include setup fees, domain registrations, or add-on services.

6.2 Cancellation Process

You may cancel your account at any time through your control panel or by contacting our support team. Cancellations must be submitted before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.

6.3 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

7. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

7.1 Uptime Guarantee

We guarantee 99.9% uptime for our hosting services. If we fail to meet this guarantee, you may be eligible for service credits.

7.2 Maintenance Windows

Scheduled maintenance may occasionally require brief service interruptions. We will provide advance notice for planned maintenance when possible.

7.3 Support Response Times

We aim to respond to support tickets within 24 hours. Emergency issues receive priority handling.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

8.1 Data Backup

While we perform regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups. We recommend keeping independent copies of all important data.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by following our cancellation process.

11.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to our services will cease, and your data may be deleted according to our data retention policy.
